The Monsteropilis Amusement Park was once the crown jewel of public entertainment in Europe, offering a wide variety of rides and attractions that captivated young and old across the entire world. It's Kaiju theme at first attracted criticism given the very real threat they posed to the world but people found the cartoonish and garish depictions of these mighty beasts that occupied the park oddly relaxing. Indeed the sight of a gathering of giant Kaiju, actually prevented the real creatures from approaching and left the park unmolested.
What happened to the park is unknown by all but one man. The Kaijurama was one of the less popular sites at the park, since it lacked the "realism" of the other attractions and was merely considered a cheap conjurers trick. The man who ran it knew otherwise. What many thought was merely an illusion were real spirits and real phantoms, summoned by this man's occult knowledge. His hard work and years of study spurned and shunned by the park and it's attractions, he sank into desperation and misery.
However, this man heard tales of the Kaijujin and seeing the chance to make the park and himself even more successful, began his work to draw their attention and try to harness their awesome power. He set up a ritual that drew the Kaijujin's sights towards the park but instead feed their immense cosmic power through himself, in hopes of creating his own Kaiju to add in the parks success. This acted striped the soul from every living human in the park from their bodies and funnelled life into the various statues and Kaiju themed rides, that twisted together into a colossal titan. The Kaijurama at its head, this new beast marches across the land not followed by screams of fear, but laughter and cheers from its thousands of captives.
Energy System:
While the souls of the park are still trapped within Kaijurama's body, they either don't realise it or enjoy the sight of Kaiju's fighting so much. Regardless, their joy and excitement during the titans battle supply Kaijurama with energy.
In addition to this, Kaijurama can launch two Disc's from his shoulders that contain a large abundance of souls. While his overall Energy doesn't replenish as fast from regular attacks, he not only gains energy faster while under these Disc's view but will also gain energy if any other Kaiju, even himself, takes damage in that area.
Finally, if the souls inside Kaijurama are excited enough, there is a very small chance that souls hidden in the ground will flock towards the sound of joy and be absorbed by him. These souls not only refill Kaijurama's Energy but also extend his Energy Bar beyond the maximum.
Ranged Combat:
Kaijurama's basic ranged attack is the Sparkler Cannon, a firework-like projectile that does little damage but deals multiple hits upon impact. This weapon can also be charged to create more explosions. Another weapon is the Maelstrom Stream, a high pressurized blast of water that pushes the target back and can cut through armour if it's held long enough. Both these weapons are fired from Kaijurama's mouth.
Kaijurama also has two special weapons, the Rocket Cart Barrage and the Dragon Storm. The Rocket Cart Barrage is a cluster of possessed rollercoaster carts that act like heat seeking missiles. These carts also contain souls and while in flight will act much like the Discs do. The Dragon Storm is fired while both of Kaijurama's Discs are airborne. Both Discs collide with each other and fire several blasts of lightning below them. The Discs will return to Kaijurama and will need to be launched again after use.
Grappling:
Kaijurama doesn't possess any physical fingers or means of grabbing his opponents but the myriad of souls can latch onto Kaiju he comes into contact with. This allows him to magnetically pull his enemies towards him and either slash them with his saw or pummel them into the ground. This also means that he can quickly pull himself towards fleeing targets that he has previously grappled.
Melee Combat:
Kaijurama can strike at his opponents with quick kicks or attack with his arm mounted Ferias Saw. This edged blade can move at high speed and tear through armour but it is especially deadly when it is used against ranged attacks. The blade is capable of powering up by blocking ranged attacks, adding a powerful charge to its next hit.
Kaijurama can also use his massive shoulders to knock around large enemies, and their giant lances and heavy armour make them especially deadly when charging. However, his most powerful melee weapon is the Pendulum Hammer, a massive hammer that can be swung with surprising speed. While it can only hit the target at low and medium heights, it does a lot of damage and can be charged up to deal even more, eventually building up enough power to smack his opponent across the stage with a powerful fire blast.

Weaknesses:
Kaijurama is incredibly slow and his complicated innards make him indecisive when turning towards enemies. His biggest weakness however, is his ego and his showmanship. All of his attacks, bar his Pendulum Hammer, are much more flashy than practical, dealing little damage but looking impressive enough to entertain his audience.

Animation Guidelines
· Personality: Kaijurama is an entertainer, not a destroyer. While is origins and methods are less than noble, he doesn't desire destruction and only seeks out other Kaiju to power himself. His moves are often very showy and are designed to come across as heroic despite his menacing nature.
· Combat Focus: Kaijurama can blast away at most other Kaiju from a distance but unless his Disc's are in the air, he needs to get in close to resupply himself with Energy. He needs to work the stage and use his abilities in the right way to win the crowd and win his fights.
· Special Considerations: Kaijurama's attacks are all made from theme park rides and attractions and are all in habited by a number of souls. These attacks would all require different sound effect, either screams or cheering, as well as very distinct visual cues.
